Secondly, UCAST is the base of Unicast.ai’s **loyalty point system**, rewarding active users for their **value-added participation**. Users earn UCAST tokens by engaging in activities like sharing job opportunities with their network, referring candidates, and helping drive the platform growth and boosting the job openings exposure. This incentivizes community engagement further enhancing the **platform's visibility** and creating a self-sustaining cycle of growth.
