Problem Statement

The traditional recruitment approach and legacy Web2 recruitment platforms are rooted in an outdated model and are no longer sufficient in today’s job market where flexibility, remote work, freelancing, the gig economy and the need for niche experts are increasingly prioritized.
These recruitment challenges are even more pronounced in the Web3 space, where the rapid evolution and unique demands create a severe issue for Web3 companies when trying to connect with Web3 talent for permanent hires and freelancing. Before Unicast.ai, the only option for Web3 projects was to use conventional Web2 platforms, often falling short due to high costs, inefficiencies, and monopolistic practices. Even more so, those legacy Web2 hiring platforms do not meet the specific ethos and needs of the Web3 community because they adhere to the conventional Web2 model, monetizing users’ data for purposes other than supporting the community, flooding the community with useless AI-generated content and with total lack of community participation in the recruitment process. The result is: Most participants in the Web3 industry do not use those Web2 legacy job boards or professional networking websites.
